Our President and Founder

Trevor J. Maddern, RCM has been involved in the real estate industry for over 30 years and has gained valuable experience during this time while making a personal commitment towards the development of this unique industry. A true entrepreneur and innovator, his boundless enthusiasm and work ethic embodies TAG's progressive philosophy to put the service of our clients first.

As a long standing member and former Vice-President of the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO), Mr. Maddern is a frequent speaker and lecturer on the subject of Condominiums with several published articles. Mr. Maddern holds the professional designation of R.C.M., or Registered Condominium Manager, and is also a member of the Real Estate Institute of Canada and is the past President of the Institute's Lakeshore Chapter.

Mr. Maddern is a registered Realtor and real estate Broker of Record, and has bought, sold, designed and developed properties in Southern Ontario and abroad for the past 20 years. Mr. Maddern has successfully completed the Reserve Fund Planning course and obtained the professional designation of Certified Reserve Fund Planner, CRP, and Certified Manager of Condominiums, CMOC.

TAG in the Community

Our company believes one of the true measures of success is the ability to give back to the local community in which we live and work. In recent years TAG has sponsored local childrens sports teams, Charity of Hope fundraisers, Run for the Cure fundraisers, and each Christmas we organize a staff fundraiser to donate gifts for a family in need. Upon moving to our Mainway location TAG donated playground equipment to a local daycare down the street.
